To get you quickly onboarded to the Baton Health platform, we can load your practitioner roster or rosters so that you don’t have to manually search and add each one individually.
This guide tells you what to send, our preferred format, and what to expect.
What To Send
Send a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx) with one row per practitioner, per license. Each row should include the following fields:

Not sure about a field? Include whatever you have. We can work with partial data, but the more you provide, the faster and more accurate the initial load.
Where To Send It
Email the file or files to [email protected] with the subject line:
Roster Submission — [Your Organization Name]
We will name the roster after your organization but can also name it whatever you like, just let us know in the email!
What Happens Next
Once we receive your roster, we will load the practitioners into your account in 1-3 business days. You should also expect to receive a report about your license coverage at the same time we notify you that the practitioners have been loaded.
