Adding a Practitioner to Your Roster

  1. Locate the practitioner or associated license you want to add

  2. Click the "Add To Roster" button in the right-most column

  3. Select the roster you want to add the practitioner to from the dropdown menu

From License or Practitioner Sidebar

  • Select the practitioner or associated license you want to add

  • In the slideout, click the "Add To Roster" button

  • Select the roster you wish the add the practitioner to from the dropdown menu

Note: On license searches, you may see "Add To Roster" greyed out for some results. This is because we have licenses that are not yet associated to a practitioner.
