Click the "Add To Roster" button in the right-most column

Select the roster you want to add the practitioner to from the dropdown menu

In the slideout, click the "Add To Roster" button

<i>Note: On license searches, you may see "Add To Roster" greyed out for some results. This is because we have licenses that are not yet associated to a practitioner.</i>
